The workout: Reach new heights (pun v. intended) with this high-intensity cardio workout on a trampoline. This 45-minute class is all about bouncing to the beat of fast-paced dance music to get your heart rate up while you defy gravity.

With eight to 10 stations of different sweat-inducing exercises, you’ll be constantly moving for the full 50-to-70-minute workout. (Oh, and you can only pause for 10 to 15 seconds between each station. We’re out breath just thinking about it.)

The workout: This advanced class is reserved for gym veterans wanting to work on their upper body strength, because for 60 minutes you use metal bars on the wall to pull, lift and push yourself up, while you work on muscle and cardiovascular strength training. INTENSE.
