The vibe: A vibrant, colourful dance studio draped in silk scarves, painted with bright purple and turquoise, and decorated with gorg intricate lotus flower designs on the walls.
The workout: Turns out our fave childhood activity (hula hooping, obvs) can double as our new fave adulthood workout. Weighted hula hoops offer a fun cardio workout that you’ll feel in your hips, arms and booty.

The vibe: Between the aerial silks in bold hues to the vibrant walls painted in dreamy colours of turquoise and lime green, you’ll instantly feel uplifted when you step inside the space.
The workout: Suspend yourself in the air using silk fabric hanging from the ceiling for a strengthening workout that combines circus performance with the artistry of dance. After hanging on for dear life, you’ll def feel it in your upper body the next day.

Stone Out Stress Yoga

The vibe: With exposed brick walls, chalk boards and simple wooden floors, the loft-style yoga studio is a seemingly untraditional backdrop to get zen (and we are totally here for it).
The workout: This restorative yin yoga class is the perf end-of-week treat to get you in the proper headspace to unwind and de-stress. As you move into the different positions, hot stones are placed on your body to help release toxins and get you relaxed AF.
