Your health is your responsibility. When someone asks you how you’re doing, it’s okay to be honest. If you’re not 100 percent, say so. Don’t wait for someone to notice that you’re not quite yourself.

And don’t let anyone guilt-trip you into keeping plans or coming into work when you know you’re not well. No matter how important something seems, it shouldn’t take priority over your well-being.
