Heavy Bag Boxing

The vibe:
As the self-proclaimed “fightclub meets nightclub,” this ultra-cool boxing studio is dimly lit with neon hues while heart pumping tracks blast from the speakers.
The workout:
Throw a little one-two punch during this grueling 50-minute sweat sesh that combines boxing, strength training and HIIT. Oh and you can burn up to 700 calories per class (nbd).
