Flow Nail Spa & Soap Boutique
Owner Haley Phippard takes the mani-pedi from your to-do list to your bliss list. Sip herbal tea while you lounge and let the expert technicians take their time getting you primed and polished (sans skimpy massage or just-used tools). Afterward, relax in the private fern garden while you wait for your nails to dry. Flow also offers waxing (with pure tea-tree oil and witch hazel applied post-wax to soothe the skin) in sweet-smelling massage-tabled suites. Don’t forget to take some of that pampering home with you: stock up on the luxurious soaps, scrubs and lotions before you leave. 753 Queen St. W., (416) 955-0714.

Here & Now
This low-key shop stocks high-quality, first-run seasonal fashion at discounted rates. Best of all, it looks just like a regular retail shop, so there’s no rummaging through bargain bins or sorting through piles to find a size or colour. Inventory is always changing, but you’ll find choice half-priced Egyptian-made towels and high-thread-count sheets, lacy undies, jeans for guys and girls by Manager and others. Gsus shirts for guys in bold colours and European cuts are standouts, too. 770 Queen St. E., (416) 461-3144.
