Get started on your holiday shopping with the gift of art. Canada’s own Heartbeats for Africa art auction has launched online for the first time, following two successful years, with proceeds going to the Stephen Lewis Foundation. Over 30 prints were created for the cause by top artists including Deborah Moss, Miguel Jacob and Scott Eunson.
The organization was created in 2008 by sisters Alison and Kate Lawler-Dean to raise funds for those suffering from HIV/AIDS in Africa. To date, Heartbeats for Africa has raised over $20,000 which we expect to rise substantially following the auctions move to e-commerce through their new shoppable site on etsy.com. Wrap up a heartwarming piece that gives and gives some more.
