Rich Stripes
Throughout history, the "devil's cloth" has had a controversial reputation and was used to signify the order of monks, prisoners and sailors alike. Mod-inspired, white-and-black stripes have a become a staple, but lines of all widths and colours make a new statement when worn head-to-toe. The trick, as shown at Michael Kors and Dolce & Gabbana, is to stick with clean silhouettes and let the pattern do the talking.
