Collabs are so, well, everywhere these days that some of them are just yawn. But here’s one that’s actually worth your pennies. Opening Ceremony has partnered with Unmade, a London-based, award-winning fashion tech startup, on a capsule collection of customizable knitwear, exclusive to Farfetch—for now.
Never mind adding your varsity initials or choosing your own sleeve colours—though you can do that too. Here, you start off with one traditional-but-rad sweater design, and then, with just a few clicks and drags, you can stretch and manipulate the print right before your eyes, to your heart’s very own desire. (If you can’t picture it, see demo video below.)
And if you’re thinking what we’re thinking—high gift alert!—remember, these custom creations, made using extra-fine Merino wool in a 200-year-old mill in Scotland, can only be made after you hit ‘buy’, so plan at least four weeks ahead.
