Green: Emerald green, Milan’s top fall hue, looked its best at Marni in short fur jackets and an intarsia pattern.
La garçonne: Rockabilly hair, sequined porkpie hats and metallic brogues at Dolce & Gabbana were just plain fun.
The Charleston: This Italian restaurant is just behind my hotel (close to the Duomo) and where we go for Fashion Week fuel–Spaghetti Rosa.
Blush: A dusty pink (not rose or coral) that adds a warm feminine touch, but not too sweet, in many key collections.
