The most dedicated of the fashion set were rewarded on a rainy Sunday evening with a solid debut collection from IZMA. The line, a first collaboration for leather/fur specialist, Izzy Camilleri, and fashion journalist, Adrian Mainella (formerly of Fashion File) featured a dynamic mix of luxury and sleek sophistication. A red fox bolero worn over a tailored white leather pantsuit was softly balanced, while a high-volume cropped fur jacket with form-fitting bloomers was more hard-lined. A black vest and bleached coyote capelet were standouts against buttery black leather trousers, and a sheer long-sleeved with patent bra top made for great contrast against a flouncy mohair skirt. Versatility points are also in order – the black coyote skirt doubles as capelet when worn on top.
