Amongst a sea of buzzy American collaborations, Toronto-based label Greta Constantine is set to debut a capsule collection made just for Canada. Design duo Stephen Wong and Kirk Pickersgill have described this limited release, called Primer, as “comfort without looking comfortable” and ultimately a range of essentials for the Constantine connoisseur.
The limited release will launch tomorrow at TNT The New Trend’s 20th anniversary soirée hosted by boho style legend Nicole Richie. The event, which will benefit the Toronto Fashion Incubator, celebrates the re-designed shop and its roster of coveted Canadian talents like the Constantine duo.
As one of the most talked about labels in Canada, the gents at Greta certainly know how to keep the buzz alive. Along with their line at TNT, the house of Constantine has also collaborated with shoe label Aldo for a made-for-runway line and a soon-to-be-released line with Danier. Kudos to Stephen and Kirk for their national pride.
