The high street brand gives interns their due

It’s no secret that a large part of the fashion industry is intern fuelled. From backstage to the sacred fashion closet, we’ve all been there once or, ahem, thrice in dedicated pursuit of a break. While most internships remain unpaid, a little recognition is often more valuable to deserving underling design students. High street brand Dynamite has announced its Spring collection will feature four styles designed by their intern fleet. Each piece will bear a special Mania label–the name of the brand’s internship program–and is available across Canada. “We are always very involved with projects relating to up-and-coming professionals in the fashion industry,” says Groupe Dynamite CEO Andrew Lutfy. Afterall, behind every great fashion organization there are loyal interns.
