Alexander Wang Launches E-Commerce in Canada

The 29-year-old design sensation partners with YOOX Group to reach more loyal fans internationally

The countdown is on! Canada Day is around the corner and we’ll be celebrating with a day out of the office, fireworks displays and a little shopping spree on alexanderwang.com, the designer’s new e-commerce site that becomes accessible to Canadians on July 1. Lucky for us, the current creative director of Balenciaga—known for his downtown cool designs and moody aesthetic—has partnered with YOOX Group to expand his namesake label internationally beyond its current 50-country online market.

This Monday’s launch will coincide with the release of Wang’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection, shortly followed by his Fall 2013 line (including those covetable furry mittens!). It will also include retail exclusives and OBJECTS N.3, a series of lifestyle items such as a skipping rope, eye mask and set of playing cards. In addition, any customers purchasing over $350 will receive free shipping until July 14. Curious what will be available come July 1? See a few of our selects below.
