October 18: A reception at Government House in Melbourne
A reception hosted by the Governor of Victoria, the Duchess debuted a navy wrap dress from Australia designer Dion Lee. Lee custom made the dress for her after he found out she tried on one of his dresses but didn’t purchase it. After she was photographed in it, the designer announced that the dress would be available on his website that evening and, no surprise here, the frenzy crashed his site.
