Two smoking reasons to watch France versus Honduras today

France vs. Honduras

France Olivier Giroud, 27, the striking striker with the distinctive Teddy boy side-sweep (we’d like to see this haircut take off internationally, thank you) is definitely one of the more compelling reasons to root for France. The self-confessed fashion-lover has also expressed a desire to work as a model after his soccer-playing days are over. “I was told I’m pretty photogenic,” Giroud said in an interview with the French mag Sport & Style. Yes, Olivier, you are.

Honduras Maynor Figueroa, 31, will lead his team in their third appearance at the World Cup. And he’ll do it while looking damn good. The 5’10 center-half admirably fills out his oh-so-fitted uniform and boasts the cheekbones and smoldering intensity of, well, a model. (Watch your back, Giroud.)
