Sunday’s battle for best dressed at TIFF features the mother daughter team of Jada Pinkett-Smith and daughter, Willow, two of the four very-well-dressed members of Will Smith’s clan.
Pinkett-Smith joined husband Will Smith and their young and fashionable offspring, Jaden and Willow, for the premiere of Free Angela and All Political Prisoners, a film about political activist Angela Davis. The actress wore a white, backless dress with an oversized gold zipper by Tom Ford. Pinkett-Smith has perfected her own brand of hyper-sexy minimalist style, which she usually accentuates by putting her hair up into a high pompador–all the better to show off those dangling black and gold polka-dot earrings.
Pinkett-Smith’s daughter, Willow, is an up-and-comer in the new crop of teen and tween style setters (yes, we know how that sounds). The 11-year-old has gone for a tough-cute look with a leopard-emblazoned Versace tank dress, studded Chloe boots and a stiff golden collar over her cropped black jacket. Even her socks have spikes.
Outside of the Smith family, Lily Collins looked stunning in a long-sleeve mini-dress from Balmain at the Writers premiere. The red and aqua chinoiserie print with pearl embellishments looked beautiful had a bit of a fairy tale quality with the actress’ Snow White features.
Which look do you like best?
