2. Living by Example: LEONARDO DICAPRIO

DiCaprio definitely puts his words into action when it comes to being green. Not only does the Revolutionary Road star opt to fly commercial flights instead of chartering jets, (which use more fuel), he also drives a hybrid car and lives in a house with solar panels. Adding to his cause is a string of environmental-based documentaries including: Global Warning, Water Planet, 11th Hour and, most recently, Eco Town. He’s on several boards such as Natural Resources Defense Council, Global Green USA and International Fund for Animal Welfare. And, he’s established the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation to promote environmental causes. Go Leo, go!
