Ten years after we were taken inside the offices of Runway magazine, it’s been announced that The Devil Wears Prada author Lauren Weisberger is coming out with a sequel to the juicy read–Revenge Wears Prada.

The novel is due next year, and picks up nearly a decade after main character Andrea Sachs had left her post at the magazine as second assistant to fashion editor Miranda Priestly. ‘Andy’ is now an editor at a bridal magazine while planning her own wedding, and is constantly confronted with running into her demonic former boss again.

It’s been rumoured that the original novel (and film) were thinly-veiled accounts of Lauren Weisberger’s time at Vogue, working as second assistant to editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. We’re intrigued to see if this book also gives us some insight into the author’s interactions with Anna Wintour after the story made its debut – the editor notoriously wore Prada to the premiere of the film.

We’re crossing our fingers for another film adaptation this time around-we can’t get enough of Meryl Streep’s pitch-perfect icy portrayal of the ‘Miranda Priestly’ character.

Plus, Emily Blunt spills on her role in the film and her top quotes from the movie.
