Star Stops: Hannah Georgas

Find out where this Juno Nominee likes to eat and listen to live music

The Junos are so close we can practically taste them. To prep for the big show in Toronto on Sunday (airing 8pm EST on CTV), we caught up with New Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year Juno nominee Hannah Georgas. She gave us the lo-down on her favourite spots around the city for catching a live show and grabbing a bite to eat.

Live Music: Massey Hall [178 Victoria Street Toronto, ON]. I’ve just saw two acts there that just blew me away [The Cranberries and Sarah Harmer] and it was such beautiful acoustics, a beautiful venue in itself and just, I fell in love with it the moment that I walked in there.

Good Eats: “I love just the vibe of the Rex Hotel [194 Queen Street West Toronto, ON] and they’re just such lovely people there and I’ll go there for a drink It feels like
Christmas every time I go in there. It’s just so warm and inviting and it’s
like you’re going, it’s like you’re in the show Cheers.”
