The cast of Riverdale can't get enough of each other, and TBH, it's pretty adorable

The new hit series Riverdale is as juicy as it is nostalgic, with viewers young and old obsessively tuning in every week to see the reincarnation of Archie comics most popular characters navigate the dark and sometimes v. dangerous halls of high school. And while friendships are tested by deceit, betrayal and a whole lot of drama on-screen, the same can’t be said for the talented cast, who based on their social media, can’t get enough of each other.

Here, we round up some our favourite social media moments that prove the gang from the Netflix series are 100 p. #friendshipgoals.

They jam out together

Who doesn’t want to let loose after a long day of work with your favourite gal pal? Camila Mendes (Veronica Lodge) and Lili Reinhart (Betty Cooper) sung their hearts out as they performed at the show’s season one wrap party.

They can read each other’s minds

They know each other so well! In a promotional video, the actors had to guess who posted each tweet, and of course they passed the rest with flying colours.

They know how to have a good time on and off-screen

While taking a break from shooting the series, co-stars KJ Apa, Cole Sprouse, Camila Mendes, Asha Bromfield, Hayley Law, Ross Butler and Ashleigh Murray all grabbed drinks at a local bar in Vancouver, where the show is filmed.

They’re not afraid to be goofy around each other

KJ Apa (Archie Andrews), and Cole Sprouse (Jughead), showed off their silly sides while wearing colourful wigs, and bright blue foam fingers in a photo booth. The two actors were at an event at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas last month.

They are willing to help each other out

You know you have a good friend when they help you get your caffeine fix. While the production crew was setting up the next scene to be shot, KJ was helping Cole drink from a coffee mug to quench his thirst.

The best kind of friendships are the ones rooted in spontaneity. Camila and Lili were spotted enjoying a typical Canadian winter day while in the Vancouver wilderness. BFF’s Cole and K.J. also took a road trip from Hollywood North all the way down to Los Angeles after wrapping the show.

The cast that eats together stays together. Cast members Casey, Cole, KJ and Camila were spotted enjoying each other’s company while eating a delicious meal in B.C.

They take naps together

During a long night shoot, Camila, KJ and 90210 star Luke Perry had some little shut eye together in between takes.

They have epic dance parties

Who doesn’t love an amazing choreographed dance scene?! In the second episode of the series, girl group Josie and the Pussycats performed a rendition of “Sugar, Sugar” as Camila, Lili, and Madelaine Petsch broke it down in an crazy dance number.

They are the ultimate glam squad

We have to say; these girls definitely know how to wear couture gowns. Ashleigh, Camila and were all dressed to the nines as they attended Vanity Fair’s glamorous Oscars after-party in January 2017.

They give each other amazing compliments

Ashleigh Murray gave KJ Apa a birthday shout out, in a touching Instagram post. The actress added that he was both “sunshine and trouble.”
