The Best and Worst Dressed at the 2015 Emmys

I know a lot of people hated this Dior Haute Couture dress-pants combo, and at first I was like, “Did she switch directions halfway through getting dressed? Because that princess-y top clearly doesn’t go with those power pants." But the more I look at it, the more I’m charmed by the unlikely pairing, especially because Shipka seemed to be having fun in it, pulling out the ample A-line skirt to show photographers its flouncy Heidi-of-the-hills cuteness.
