A small selection of Lady Gaga’s extensive costume collection will be up for auction on December 1 and 2.
Included in the Beverly Hills-based Julien’s Auctions’ “Icons and Idols: Rock ‘N’ Roll” event are a clear rubber face mask and a headpiece by Franc Fernandez, creator of Gaga’s famous meat dress, as well as the gold python leather “ecstasy” gown designed by Eddie Gavriilidis, and the metal face mask by Keko Hainswheeler as seen in the “Bad Romance” video.
The gown (which has a small spot of Gaga’s blood after a fan accidently scratched the singer in Omaha) is expected to sell for at least $10,000.
Also included in the sale are pieces from other musical icons such as Madonna, Michael Jackson and the Beatles. —Portia Baladad
