Koko is Montreal's new foodie hot spot

It’s out with the old and in with the new at Opus Hotel, where former Verses chef Michele Forgione has taken over the kitchen at the hotel’s hot spot of a restaurant, Koko, and replaced the former Asian-Quebecois fusion menu with contemporary market cuisine.
