After 20 years in the business of bringing joy to women with his spiked heels, red soles, studs and jewels, Christian Louboutin has earned the right to celebrate. He did just that in Toronto at the opening party of his The Design Museum London–curated exhibition, open now until September 15 at the Design Exchange. The gathering took off within the multi-roomed space, which needed no further adornment than Louboutin's decadent shoes on a fairground set, then headed upstairs with Grand Marnier cocktails, music spun by DJ Hannah Bronfman and a FLARE photo booth by Photostar. Guests included fashion editors, stylists, bloggers and TV personalities—plus their red-soled counterparts clicking across the floor.
