Grew up in: Hamilton, Ontario
Little-known fact: Before picking up the guitar at age 13, Swick played the bagpipes and learned military drumming.

Flare:  What’s your biggest fashion pet peeve?
“People who wear the tongues of their shoes on the outside of their pants. And tapered pants.”

F:  What does the word ‘style’ mean to you?
“You exude your personality through style, whether through use of clothing, or the way you present yourself.”

“Nirvana’s Nevermind.”

F:  What’s the one item you can’t leave home without?
My shitty cellphone because when you have to be connected, you have to be connected and it lets you [do that] anywhere, anytime.

F:  What was the last book you read?
The Life of Pi by Yann Martel.”

King Kong

F:  How do you stay in shape?
By drinking excessively.

“I’d love to go to South Africa.”

“Yes, two leopard geckos named Gus and Sam, and a Rhodesian ridgeback, Newton.”

F:  Who do you most admire?
“I admire a lot of people for a lot of different reasons… but for the question’s sake, musically, I would have to say Radiohead.”

F:  How would you like to be remembered?
“As a good guy.”
