On critics: “I just do my job and as soon as the camera cuts, I don’t need to know anything else. When I did Degrassi, I was like, yeah, I’m going to take a look at some of the comments online—and the first thing I read was, ‘Eyebrow tweezers, ever heard of ’em?’ I was like, never again.”

On small towns: “I feel like the smaller the town, the weirder the people.”
