Selena Gomez checked into rehab to seek help with her mental health. According to Us Weekly, Gomez suffers from anxiety, depression and panic attacks—which are all linked to her autoimmune condition, lupus—and as a result she has cancelled the remaining dates on her Revival tour in order to “focus on maintaining [her] health and happiness.”

Selena isn’t the only celeb speaking up about her mental health struggles. Sophie Grégoire Trudeau penned an open letter for Huffington Post detailing her past struggle with bulimia and offering support to Canadians dealing with similar issues. “We work hard every day to try to reduce and eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health,” she wrote. “In order to recover, we must be willing to find and accept help.”

Zayn Malik‘s latest duet? A capsule collabo with Donatella Versace, available in Versus stores and online in May.

Janet Jackson has (finally!) officially anounced that she’s pregs. After putting her Unbreakable tour on hold, the 50-year-old has confirmed that she is expecting her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana.

According to a Disney survey of the types of qualities parents would like to see a modern princess embody, caring for others is number one. Nowhere on the list? Anything related to appearance or being rescued by a handsome prince. #truth
