Fierce-O-Meter: This Week's Most Fearless Females on TV

Flat screen, flat screen on the wall, who was the fiercest of them all? We rank the week in television on a scale of 1 to 5 Beyoncés

For years, our small screens were awash in angsty male antiheros. Dark and tortured Don Draper types who wouldn’t know fierce if it kicked them in the cojones. Lately though, the TV tide seems to be shifting with a surplus of super fly females from surgeons to sorority queen bees. To mark the moment in Grrrrrrl Power, we’re rounding up the most butt-kicking women on the boob tube each week.

Never one to stay out of her mealtickets’/kids’ business, the professional mom-ager organized a lunch with daughter Kourtney’s ex Scott Disick and didn’t beat around the bush (does she ever?), when calling him out on his playboy-ish priorities. “You really f-cked up,” said Kris.  Yup.

In the mega-intense fall finale, we finally get the answer to the whole “Who Shot Analise?” mystery. And while we won’t spoil the gunman’s identity, we will hand out fierce points to the always-in-command Analise who told him to pull the trigger!

In a scenario that recalled Wendy Davis’ famous filibuster of a Texas abortion bill, Mellie spends sixteen hours blocking a motion that would make Planned Parenthood funding part of the discretionary budget. Because in the glorious alternate universe that is ShondaLand, even Republicans can support women’s health issues (and hold their bladders for a verrrry long time).
