Madonna Concert, Quebec City: The queen is landing in Canada. Pop icon Madonna will bring her MDNA tour to Quebec City in September, and she just may bring some controversies along with her (along with flashing audiences, she sparked riots at a Paris show for a video that shows politician Marine Le Pen with a swastika on her forehead). The show will transform Quebec City’s the Plains of Abraham, the former site of the Battle of Quebec, into a full-on dance floor.
