TV star and former FLARE cover girl Elisha Cuthbert is heading down the aisle in style with Toronto Maple Leafs Captain Dion Phaneuf. The twosome, who have been dating since 2008, surprised family and friends with the news at a private dinner party Sunday night in P.E.I. Spot Cuthbert on the small screen as she reprises her role as funny girl Alex on the hit series Happy Endings this fall.
