Just like other mere mortals, it’d appear that not even James Bond is immune to Adele’s tear-inducing ballads. Daniel Craig, the current 007, admitted in a recent interview that he cried when he heard the singer’s Bond theme, “Skyfall.”
According to Yahoo! Movies, the actor said that the first few notes of the ballad made him very emotional.
“From the opening bars I knew immediately, then the voice kicked in and it was exactly what I’d wanted from the beginning,” said Craig. “It just got better and better because it fitted the movie. In fact the more of the movie we made, the more it fitted it.” (In fact, director Sam Mendes sent Adele an early copy of the script to help her write the song.)

Concession stands better stack up on tissue boxes because audiences will be weeping when Skyfall hits theatres on November 9.—Portia Baladad
