From nailbeds to tête-toppers, cheetah print has leapt off our fashion and into our beauty regime.

We first saw the look in Minx manis at Alexander McQueen Spring ’11, then cheetah print eyeshadow started to make a resurgence (remember when Beyoncé first popularized the look in the video for “Kitty Kat“?), and most recently Nicki Minaj has given her ever-changing locks the feral treatment.

While we’re not sure this trend has our animal instincts purring, it does serve as a friendly reminder to have fun with your look. And from pop art lips to neo-punk hair streaks, that’s the main beauty message for Spring ’11.
