A: There has been quite a debate about what time is best to workout. What you have to ask yourself is, when do you have the most energy and what time works best for your schedule? If you find you’re having trouble sleeping after nightly workouts, try switching to morning. Or, if you have trouble waking up in the morning, try working out at night. Also, keep in mind the type of workout you’re doing. Cardio in the morning can help give your sustained energy throughout the day, whereas yoga at night can help you wind down. Rest assure that any time of day is beneficial to your body and will help you achieve your goals. The important part is that you’re working out!
