Last night The Body Shop Canada threw a grand fête to celebrate 30 years in the beauty biz. The party was appropriately thrown on Earth Day, as the company has a long standing history of providing community trade products using natural ingredients sans-animal testing. In fact, The Body Shop is truly a pioneer in the eco-beauty craze.
A highlight of the evening was the introduction of Nutriganics, their first fully organic skincare line currently available at stores across Canada, and Soft Hands Kind Heart Handcream, which is a product designed to raise proceeds to stop sex trafficking of children and young people. But perhaps the evening’s most notable highlight, however was a private performance from R&B force Jully Black.
It’s truly inspiring to see 30 years of The Body Shop’s innovations. Cheers to 30+ more!
