Asking you out makes him nervous
Think about it. Guys have been approaching girls their entire lives. And, as you’d expect, they’re not always met with a smile or with reciprocated interest. True, you don’t have to date (or talk to) everyone who approaches you, but try to let him down gently if he’s not quite your style. If you’re into him, make it easy for him to approach you or go for the gold on your own and ask HIM out.

He wants to make you happy
The biggest compliment for a guy is a smile on your face. It boosts his ego to know he’s made someone happy. So soak it up. Let him pamper you and treat you just as you deserve to be treated. And be sure you let him know what he’s doing right. That’ll keep him in repeat mode.

Guys are sensitive, too
Even those who play the macho role 24/7 need a tissue from time to time. (Well, maybe only figuratively.) Guys can be affected by things that are said and done to them in the same way that us girls can be. So remember to play nice when you’re looking at his old high-school photos and offer an open ear when he wants to talk about his rough day at work.
