The FLARE Volunteer Awards has celebrated the importance of volunteerism in Canada for 13 years. This year, FLARE is proud to build the program with our colleagues at Chatelaine magazine. An expanded event that recognizes outstanding women working in our community with a national tribute evening will launch this fall in Toronto.
