The Toronto-based Paris Li studied fashion in China and the UK before creating her own womenswear line in 2009. Her 23-piece Spring 2011 collection boasts silk dresses and tunics with striking multi-coloured prints and sheer blouses made subtly feminine with draping and pleats. Refreshingly elegant, Li creates pieces that are both playful and sophisticated. —Sara Constantineau
