Named after the infamous Manhattan area code, this Vancouver-based line, housed in its self-named Gastown boutique (along with other coveted NYC brands), gives Canadians a little taste of trendy, Big Apple style. Launched in 2007 by New Yorkers Scott Walhovd, a former model, and Anthony Castro, a Parsons School of Design grad, (212) pieces stay true to Manhattan chic by radiating effortless cool that doesn’t look like you’re trying too hard.
