Trading in legal briefs for baubles, this lawyer-turned jewelry
designer has actually been creating bold, quirky necklaces, brooches,
and belts since her pre-law days. During her teens the Toronto-based
designer created her first collection of hair accessories and earrings,
a passion that she would eventually return to years later, officially
launching her line in 2003. Tesolin’s favored stone, turquoise, can be
found in many of her pieces, along with other semi-precious stones,
leather, feathers, and Austrian crystals. Her latest pieces, dubbed
“rock candy” contains statement making opulent necklaces and
rainbow-hued chunky jewel bracelets, as seen on fashion royalty like
Coco Rocha and on the recent David Dixon runway.
