Belts have boomed as the must-have accessory in recent years, but
connoisseur Suzi Roher has known the power of the right belt since she
began her eclectic collection of handmade belts in the early ‘80s.
Inspired by her travels abroad, the Toronto-based designer launched her
collection with the purpose of pushing the envelope of both design and
quality through the European atelier tradition. Known for her sheer
diversity of styles that range from basic easy link stretch belts to
glamorous Swarovski-encrusted styles to contoured cinch belts that
accentuate the waist, there is a belt for even the most discerning
shopper. And it’s not just the average woman who appreciates Roher’s
ability to truly make an outfit with the aid of a belt - her creations
are regularly featured in magazines like Vogue and modeled on popular TV shows like Ugly Betty.
