A fine art jewelry studio based out of Montreal, designers Antonio
Serafino and Annegret Morf create traditional jewelry with a modern
edge, using gold, silver, and platinum inlaid with
precious/semiprecious stones and pearls. The couple relocated from
Italy where Serafino trained as a master goldsmith and worked for 15
years studying gemology and stone setting techniques. Despite launching
Serafino in 1999, it wasn’t until 2005 when Morf joined her husband at
the business fulltime, that their business blossomed, putting their
unique heirloom quality jewelry on the fashion radar. Serafino features
three collections, “Pallino”, whose pieces boast spherical designs and
bright gemstones, “Freevola” showcases hammered silver disks with
inlaid stones, and “Chikeshi”, where the unique and irregularly shaped
keshi pearls dominate the pieces. In addition to the collections,
Serafino also specializes in one-of-a-kind custom orders, diamond and
pearl pieces, and wedding jewelry.
