Known for his fresh, flirty cocktail dresses, this New York based designer has dressed red-carpet starlets like Eva Mendes, Leighton Meester, and Lauren Conrad, becoming the go-to designer for Hollywood’s young trendsetters. The Toronto-area native combined his background in finance and Wall Street experience with fashion training at Parsons School of Design and launched his own collection of dresses and separates in 2004, attaining industry recognition in just three short years. While his earlier designs catered to the more subdued $5000 couture gown crowd, his newer frocks reveal a more playful, fashion-forward aesthetic with sassy details like a ruffle or bow accenting simple designs to complement, rather than overshadow, the wearer.
