Designer Nada Shepherd’s list of inspirations – Eva Peron, ‘80s soap
Dynasty and most recently, Athena the Goddess of War, - allude to the
strong, sexy, powerful silhouettes that have come to characterize her
line. Since 2004 the Toronto based designer, who studied neuroscience
before completing a fashion degree, has merged classic, feminine style
with edgy, unique details. Think rich, flowing goddess gowns with
braided shoulders, pleated shirt dresses adorned with a copper maillot
belt, and gold sequined shifts with a matching cuffs. What could be
more perfect for the lady with the corner office?
