The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner.
We sat down to learn 5 fun facts about the 16-year-old on the verge of skyrocketing into fame:
#1 She was one of the first to read The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner “There’s not very much about [Bree] in the Eclipse book, but she has a huge back-story. So, I was able to read [the novella] before we ever started filming. It was top secret— I wasn’t even allowed to tell [my friends] that I’d read it until the first time that Stephanie talked about it on her site.”
#2 She likes wearing vampire contacts“I’ve had to wear contacts for a lot of roles before and I have to say, these were one of my favourite ones. I loved the red eyes – they were amazing!”
#3 She’s a vegetarian“I became vegetarian when I was thirteen. I just decided that, I didn’t really want to eat animals. I’d been thinking about for a long time and then I finally decided that I’d just try it out to see if I could do it. I didn’t eat meat that much anyways.”
#4 Her dog has a Twitter account“I’m a big animal lover. I especially love my puppy Gena [who is a King Charles Spaniel]. She has a
Twitter! I just put her paws on the keyboard, and she types like, 'I’m hungry and Jodelle won’t give me food!' For sure, yeah I taught her to type!” (She’s kidding, of course.)
#5 She’s a visual artist“I often like to paint or draw animals, especially my dog or puppies that look like my dog. It’s fun and it’s easy because I have a perfect model – my dog!”
