Remember all those frothy fantasy gowns from the Emmy's? Many of them came courtesy of Oscar de la Renta and now the New York-based designer is making his way into your living room. Citytv is airing a one-hour special about the Oscar de la Renta Gala, a fashion extravaganza that took place in Toronto last April and featuring the designer's first catwalk presentation in Canada in more than a decade.  The show takes you behind the scenes of the event chaired by social siren Suzanne Rogers and FLARE's own Lisa Tant, with highlights of de la Renta's fall '10 collection, interviews with the designer himself, and the glam auction which raised a staggering $750,000 for children's charities.
