We highlighted former Flare cover girl Katy Perry's wild fashions last year in our August 2009 issue. Doesn't seem like much has changed since then; she's still making headlines for her catchy hits and her daring ensembles. These stills from Perry's "California Gurls" video recently landed in our in-box. Her playful Candy Land meets Bay Watch look includes DIESEL short shorts and a bust-enhancing cupcake bikini top. "I'm fearless when it comes to fashion," she told us last year. Just in case you doubted her, here's further proof.
